Moon Thoughts on the Law of Giving and Receiving

The second law of The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success is the law of giving and receiving. "If you want love,  learn to give love; if you want attention and appreciation, learn to give attention and appreciation; if you want material affluence, help others to become materially affluent. If you want to be blessed with all the good things in life, learn to silently bless everyone with all the good things in life." This is absolutely true in all aspects-- often we fond ourselves trapped into waiting for things to "come" into our lives-- whereas had we started acting conscientiously, working towards giving that which we want to receive, events, people, things in general in our lives would be completely different. In order to attain this law to its full potential we must quit being in the victim role, and become active agents capable of turning our goals and expectations into our daily reality. According to this law-- the giving and receiving are a reflection of how life, nature works-- it circulates, it keeps things flowing-- is not circulation that which keeps us alive? Then by translating that into our actions, we keep the Self alive; we keep it moving forward, and in constant change. We must begin to learn how to give others thos things, blessings, feelings, virtues, that we wish be bestowed on ourselves. We must desperately need to unlearn how we do not easily accept that which comes our way. In the order that we learn to receive, we also learn to give. We may not necessarily get what we want every time we want it, but we must learn to look deeply into it as an opportunity to decipher that which the Universe has set aside for us to encounter-- and eventually make something out of it--sometimes the "something" is a whole new aspect of our ego, as it approaches the state of perfection that the Self is...
